Miffles is the first boss the player will encounter in the game. It can be fought once the player reaches level 10. Killing him will give you a Lynx eye, an Enhancer which improves the player's stats equal to three Dosages. This also gives you 5 Brains for the Achievement Miffles got miffed. Miffles is also half lynx and half robot.
